I purhcased my yoshi blade just over a month ago. I wasn't expecting my yoshi blade to really be this good as i wasn't sure what to expect from purchasing knives from an infomercial. The ceramic razor sharp knives are actually really good. I can slice paper thin slices when cutting vegetables with my yoshi blade. It's made out of the best ceramic and you don't have to spend three hundred dollars for these knives. I purchased the ginsu knive a while back at walgreens however they eventually rusted on me which is a problem i don't have to worry about with the yoshi blade. Don't buy cheap knives that won't last you and get the yoshi blade as it's crazy sharp and will actually last you a very long time....Read Full Review

Yoshi Blade is really cool and should be in every kitchen across north america. I needed to purchase a new knife set for my kitchen and almost bought one at walmart until i came across the yoshi blade infomercial. What really caught my attention about the yoshi blade ceramic knife was that it does not rust so you know the yoshi blade knife will last for a long time. I tend to have a bad habit of leaving my dishes and cutlery in the sink over night to soak and what ends up happening is that my cutlery ends up rusting. Your ordinary metal knives have actually been known to l...Read Full Review

This knife is useful - I find I reach for it often to cut up smaller things like green onions, peppers, carrots, etc. It works just fine and is definitely not a bad little knife for the price. You just have to be careful with it, because the ceramic blade is fragile if mishandled....Read Full Review
