I you are like many other people who are having issues trying to give up smokeing then you'll be happy with the Smoke Assist solution. The Smoke Assist electronic cigarette can finally help you get rid of the filthy habit a lot easier than if you were to try quitting cold turkey. I've tried chewing nicotine gum, the patch, ziban and cold turkey and they were all ineffective solutions to quitting smoking. I found none of these actually helped with the oral fixation i had of smoking. Smoke Assist will help you quit smoking without any pyschological issues. When I tried Ziban i remembered i got a lot of headaches and i had nightmares while i was one it. Even though I was able to quit for some time I always fell back into the habit again. Smoke Assist is the solution to quitting smoking. If you're tired of being addicted to cigarettes and have gotten to the point where cigarettes are controlling you then there is still hope. I knew I had to quit smoking especially as i entered my 30's i knew that I had to kick a 15 year old habit. I got to the point where everytime I had a cigarette I felt sick and my skin was ageing as I was not only smoking a lot but was drinking more coffee to go with my cigarettes on my cigarette breaks. Smoking Cigarettes can also put a drain on your finances as I was buy a pack of smokes per day at a value of about $9, which is about $280/month and $3,348 dollars literally up in smoke. I could only image what I could spend that extra money on instead of doing what made me feel sick. I could take 2 or 3 really nice vacations per year on that money. This is the the best way to quit smoking for anyone who is addicted hands down. Smoke assist is a way to still smoke but not have to worry about the million chemicals in cigarettes such as tar, cyanide, carbon minoxide and other chemicals that simploy poisonous. Smoke Assist is a new e-cigarette which i find is a way of quitting smoking that is severly overlooked in my opinion when it might just be the best and healthiest way to quit. Using smoke assist you're not inhaling any harsh chemicals and you're only exhaling water vapour. So if you're on a long flight and need a cigarette you can get your fix from using smoke assist. This is the future of quitting smoking and smoking devices. E-Cigarettes were released in 2004 and they were introduced as personal vaporizers which are battery powered. They say that once a person starts smoking it already weakens their immune system. I'm not going to argue with any of the facts that relate the harmfulness of smoking to health. All I can say is that if you plan on quitting and need a big help which is always required to quit smoking then smoke assist is the product you'll want to buy. I remember sing a newsbit on e-cigarettes on the evening news and i thought it was a ridiculous concept until a co-worker i used to go out for cigarettes with starting using e-cigarettes and eventually dropped the habit. I reached the point where i was willing to try anything as i started to get headaches pretty often and i got sick a lot. I tried different drugs that were recommended by my doctor however even they made me feel bad or sometimes worse as i would suffer from depression, nausia, have nightmares etc. It is well reviewed that smoking leads to an earlier death. Smoking Cigarettes was a bad habit i picked up when i was about 14 years old and I remember not liking it when i first tried it but eventually i was addicted to smoking and have battled trying to quit for almost 20 years. You don't have to be a doctor to know all the health risks involved in smoking and as heart breaking and scary as the government advertisements are to stop smoking I simply can't kick the habit. It's a fact that if you quit smoking after the age of 30 you can reduce smoking related illnesses by almost 90 per cent. While surfing the internet I came across Smoke Assist a product help quit smoking i've never heard of before. I starting doing a little reading on the product and read a great deal of testimonials and positive smoke assist reviews on how it helped people quit the habit.
