Slim in 6 combines both resistance training and aerobic activity in its 5 workouts. When I first started using slim in 6 i found it to be quite a challenge and i wasn't even using any of the weights. Debbie is a great instructor and the workout dvd is very easy to follow and very motivation as she always pushes to get extra reps of a particular exercise .. she'll say 4 more and then say 4 more after that to really give you the extra burn. The beachbody eating plan is very beneficial as it goes hand in hand with the slim in 6 workout dvd program. This is a great workout for women who want to lose a quick 20-30 pounds as long as they are patient and stick to a regimine of doing it 3-4 times per week. Like anything you need to put in dedication to see results. If you're looking to get a smaller, more toned and lean body then you'll want to purchase the slim in 6. You don't want to overdo it when your starting out and burn yourself out and lose motivation. I recommend taking days off in between to give your body a good rest and let your muscles recover. Slim in 6 is well worth the money.
