I've used other sealants in the past since liquid rubber sealants are pretty common to find at home hardware or canadian tire or other hardware stores in canada. I had a leak in my home that needed to be fixed and I had a tube of flex seal that I had ordered online that I was ready to test out. I was very impressed with the results for this inexpensive liquid rubber sealant. I would use flex seal again if I ever have a leaky pipe in my home again since it works so well. I've paid a lot more money in the past for other liquid rubber sealants but flex seal canada is definatley the best bang for your buck. You can order flex seal by calling the toll free number or you can order flex seal canada online so it's not hard to come by. I found that it was incredibly strong and not to mention it's water resistant which is very important when fixing water leaks.
