Air Climber was a great purchase for me since it gives me a full cardio workout. You get the benefit of strengthening your muscles, toning and working on muscular endurance. If you stick to the routine that comes with the DVD you'll definately see results. It's very easy to use which makes it also a good purchase. I was looking out for a solution for my problem areas which was my butt and thighs and I found that results came quickly with dedication. Although the air climber is a little pricey, it's still worth it. It's probably one of the better as seen on tv products on the market .. but i'm also looking into trying the P90X as well because it's always good to switch up your routine and I love the fact that I can get a great workout in the privacy of my own home without having to commute to a gym and paying a hefty membership fee and losing time in my expensive schedule....Read Full Review
